About the Program

Joga Yoga Training runs one of Canggu's most community-driven 200-hour teacher trainings from its studio on Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong, surrounded by rice fields and a few minutes from Batu Bolong Beach. The 22-day course covers Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra, giving graduates a versatile multi-style toolkit for teaching in any studio.

Classes are taught in English by a mix of Balinese, Indonesian and international teachers. Cohorts are capped at 10 to 16 students so everyone gets individual feedback, and graduates are offered practice-teaching slots at the studio after the course. The training is fully accredited with Yoga Alliance, and students also get lifetime access to an online student portal.

• Basic Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin/restorative principles
• Yoga Nidra and meditation
• Anatomy and physiology — functional and applied
• Pranayama and breathwork
• Yoga philosophy and ethics, including the teacher–student relationship
• Daily teaching practicum with structured feedback

Pricing

Current offer prices (standard price in brackets):

• Training only, no accommodation: IDR 33 million / €1,650 (IDR 47 million / €2,350)
• Training + dorm room, 22 nights: IDR 36 million / €1,799 (IDR 52 million / €2,600)
• Training + premium private room, 22 nights: IDR 52 million / €2,599 (IDR 75 million / €3,750)

A deposit of IDR 7 million (about €340) secures a place.
