The Practice — 200-Hour Traditional Hatha YTT, Canggu

About the Program

The Practice is one of Canggu's best-known yoga institutes, a meditation-led studio on Jalan Batu Bolong run by teachers Octavio and Emma Salvado alongside a resident senior faculty. Its 200-hour Traditional Hatha Teacher Training is rooted in the Tantric Hatha tradition, with meditation treated as the heart of the whole practice rather than an add-on to asana.

The 2027 Bali intake runs from 1 to 20 February 2027. Full attendance is required throughout, and graduates are eligible to register as RYT 200 teachers with Yoga Alliance.

Pricing

Early places (the first 15 students paying in full) are around USD $1,900; the full price is around USD $2,600, with a non-refundable deposit option. Accommodation and meals are not listed as included, so plan to arrange your own stay in Canggu.

Further Training

The Practice also runs a 100-hour Meditation Teacher Training in Bali (January 2027), an online meditation training, and a 300-hour Advanced Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher Training for graduates (November–December 2027).
