Akira Yoga runs its teacher training programs at The Yoga Garden, Lembongan — a peaceful open-air shala set within tropical gardens steps from the beach. The 200-hour program uniquely integrates Vinyasa and Yin yoga with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), giving graduates a more holistic and therapeutically informed toolkit than most standard certifications provide.
Founder Claire Green has more than 27 years of practice and over 24 years of teaching experience in yoga and TCM. She leads the Yin component, with Fera Ariasih teaching Vinyasa. The curriculum bridges both traditions: pranayama draws on Chinese energetic theory alongside the classical Indian approach, Yin postures are taught in relation to the meridian system, and anatomy bridges both disciplines. Groups are capped at 16 students.
Accommodation, other meals, boat tickets and airport transfers are not included; garden bungalows and nearby guesthouses can be arranged separately.
