About the Program

Power of Now Oasis has been running yoga teacher trainings in Sanur since 2010, making it one of Bali's longest-operating schools. The purpose-built bamboo shala sits directly on the beach at Jl. Retro Beach — one of Bali's most beautiful and distinctive studio settings — surrounded by a lush garden, treatment room, and juice bar. Class sizes are capped at 20 students, and the school runs intakes every month.

The 27-day training combines Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga in a structured curriculum that balances strong physical practice with deep philosophy, anatomy, and therapeutic modalities.
