About the Program

Samasti Yoga has been running yoga teacher trainings in Bali since 2016 and is one of the most reviewed schools in the south of the island. Operating from a Seminyak venue and rotating across several high-quality Bali properties, the program has earned a reputation for going far beyond a standard certification.

Alongside traditional asana, philosophy, and anatomy, the training incorporates shadow work, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed teaching methodology — making it unusual among standard 200-hour programs. Samasti graduates consistently report a life-changing personal transformation rather than just a vocational course.
