About the Program

YogaFX International Yoga Teacher Training Academy is based in Seminyak's Kerobokan district and has been delivering Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour teacher training programs in Bali since 2014. The school was featured on Bali TV and has been involved with the International Day of Yoga, affiliating with the Swami Vivekananda Indian Cultural Centre Consular General of Bali.

The 19-day program is structured as a master class for aspiring teachers — days are packed with theory, practice, and teaching drills. The school's approach demands active participation and preparation from students: arrive with strong fundamentals and the teaching experience will reward the effort. Lead teacher Irena opened her first studio in Zagreb in 2004 and brings a decade of studio management alongside her teaching credentials.

• Hatha yoga — alignment, foundations, and safe sequencing
• Ashtanga Vinyasa — Primary Series methodology
• Vinyasa flow — creative sequencing and advanced transitions
• Anatomy and physiology applied to yoga
• Pranayama, breathwork, and meditation
• Yoga philosophy and Sanskrit
• Teaching drills, adjustment practice, and full practicum
