About the Program

East+West Yoga is an international teacher-training school that brings faculty from around the world to blend Eastern tradition with Western teaching methods. Its Bali 200-hour training is held at Ananda Ubud Resort (formerly Ananda Cottages) on Jl. Raya Sanggingan, a traditional Balinese-style resort set among rice paddies a short drive from central Ubud, with a large open-sided yoga shala, swimming pool and gardens.

The 23-day course teaches a Hatha/Vinyasa mix and covers asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and sequencing. It is open to all levels. Graduates receive the East+West 200-hour certificate and can register with Yoga Alliance — the school is a Yoga Alliance registered school working to the 2023 enhanced standards.

Early-bird pricing needs a deposit three months before the start; a US $500 deposit reserves a place and payment plans are available.
