About the Program

House of Om's 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali takes place at Amertham, a lush retreat in the Ubud region known for its proximity to waterfalls, sacred rivers, and the deep spiritual energy of the Balinese highlands. The 20-day immersion is fully residential — accommodation and meals are included — making it one of the most accessible all-in programs in the area.

The curriculum blends physical asana, yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and substantial daily teaching practice. Suitable for complete beginners with a genuine commitment to the practice.

Curriculum

• Two yoga asana flows: Sadhana Vinyasa and Sadhana Hatha
• Pranayama, breathwork, and meditation techniques
• Yoga philosophy — Yoga Sutras and Ayurveda
• Anatomy and physiology applied to yoga
• Sequencing methodology and teaching practicum
• Traditional ceremonies — Full Moon, New Moon, Letting Go
