About the Program

Yoga New Vision runs its 200-hour teacher training at Om Ham Retreat & Resort, a holistic retreat centre with its own spa, farm-to-table kitchen and yoga halls in the Tegallalang area north of Ubud. The school describes its approach as "Eastern wisdom with Western science", taught through its own Meditative Hatha Vinyasa method alongside Kundalini and Yoga Nidra.

The course is residential and immersive — 22 days and 21 nights — with groups of up to about 25 students led by four teachers and one or two assistants. Yoga New Vision is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200), so graduates can register as RYT 200; the school also runs a 300-hour advanced training.

Pricing

From US $1,999 to US $4,599 depending on the accommodation chosen. A US $500 deposit secures a place; it is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within 12 months, and payment plans are available.
