About the Program

Bali Yoga School has been operating certified teacher training programs across Bali since 2017, with campuses in Ubud, Canggu, and Uluwatu. The Uluwatu program takes place at Bingin Beach, on the Bukit Peninsula's legendary south coast — an open yoga shala steps from one of Bali's most photogenic surf breaks.

The 25-day curriculum covers a comprehensive multi-style YTT: Hatha yoga and alignment as the foundation, Vinyasa sequencing and flow, full anatomy and physiology, pranayama, philosophy, and supervised teaching practicum. The school adds optional sound healing modules that can be completed during break time at low additional cost — giving graduates an extra skill alongside their teaching certification.

Curriculum

• Hatha yoga — asana alignment, safe practice, and teaching methodology
• Vinyasa flow — sequencing, transitions, and creative teaching
• Anatomy and physiology — functional and applied
• Pranayama, meditation, and yoga Nidra
• Yoga philosophy — Sutras, the eight limbs, and Sanskrit
• Arm balancing workshop and Acro Yoga introduction
• Sound healing optional add-on (Level 1 and 2 available)
• Teaching practicum with structured daily feedback
