Pranaluz — 200-Hour Transformational YTT, Uluwatu

About the Program

Pranaluz runs its 200-hour YTT at La Tribu — a boutique eco-retreat in Pecatu on Bali's Bukit Peninsula. This is a deliberately small-cohort, community-driven program with a spiritually rich curriculum: alongside the standard Hatha and Vinyasa asana, philosophy, and anatomy modules, the training incorporates kirtan nights, special events, movie evenings, surprise guest teachers, and a welcome dinner and graduation dinner for the group.

Airport transfers from Denpasar to Uluwatu are included, and the team provides accommodation recommendations in the area at different rate points. Meals are not included in the base tuition, but local warungs and restaurants are accessible nearby.

• Hatha and Vinyasa asana — strong physical and alignment foundation
• Pranayama and breathwork
• Yoga philosophy and the eight limbs — Yoga Sutras and classical texts
• Anatomy and physiology applied to yoga
• Meditation and Yoga Nidra
• Teaching methodology and practicum with structured feedback
• Kirtan, mantra, and sound practice evenings

Location

La Tribu, Jl. Buana Sari Gg. Pirta, Pecatu, Kec. Kuta Selatan, Badung, Bali — on the Bukit Peninsula, close to Bingin, Padang Padang, and Karma Beach. Some of the best surf breaks and clifftop café spots in all of Bali are within easy reach.
