Ashtari Yoga — 200-Hour Hatha-Vinyasa YTT, Kuta Lombok

About the Program

Ashtari Yoga's 200-hour residential teacher training takes place in Kuta, Lombok — a world away from Bali's tourist crowds, with dramatic headlands, empty surf breaks, and a deeply peaceful environment for immersive study. The program is Yoga Alliance certified and covers the full spectrum of a traditional Hatha-Vinyasa training.

Unlike many programs, Ashtari's training is fully residential — accommodation and all meals are included in the program fee, making it easier to budget and to fully commit to the immersion without the distractions of sourcing food and lodging separately.

Curriculum

The program covers asana practice and alignment (Hatha and Vinyasa foundations), pranayama and breathwork, yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, meditation, and hands-on teaching practicum. Students graduate equipped and confident to teach in studios and retreat settings worldwide.

Location

Kuta, Lombok is a small, laid-back surf town on the south coast of Lombok — about 1.5 hours from Lombok International Airport. The island offers a dramatic, unhurried alternative to Bali, with pristine beaches and a growing but still relaxed wellness community.
