About the Program

Gili Yoga operates from The Yoga Garden — a serene studio and guesthouse compound set in lush tropical gardens in the heart of Gili Trawangan. The island's car-free culture creates an extraordinarily quiet and focused environment for a 28-day training immersion, with stunning beaches, world-class dive sites, and a vibrant café and restaurant scene steps away.

The program emphasises Vinyasa flow with mindful sequencing, incorporating Hatha foundations and Yin elements to give graduates a well-rounded and versatile teaching practice. Lead teacher Kate Middleton is known for her depth of knowledge and personalised teaching style — class sizes are small and each student receives genuine individual attention throughout.
